Eric has been invited to join the faculty of the Executive Masters of Public Administration program at the University of Washington. He will be teaching this fall on communication, listening and dialogue.
Eric has been elected Vice-Chair of Curriculum and Programs for Leadership Eastside. In this board leadership role, he's in charge of the overseeing the design and implementation of LE's novel community leadership curriculum. understood expectations? What is the level of trust? Are people stuck in a "vicious cycles"? Do people have adequate interpersonal and communications skills?
Address and resolve these underlying issues and patterns. Do you need to provide coaching to certain people, arrange for a frank conversation to clear
the air, or help build people's technical or interpersonal skills? In some situations, you might even reveal the dynamics and patterns you see.
Track your progress toward your business objectives and adjust your strategy as needed.
