three basic questions:

Are these services being charged at the most favourable tariffs available?
These questions involve in-depth analysis of water bills for each location,
followed by a site survey by the company’s in-house qualified surveyors, all of
which is conducted at the expense of UK Water Services.
Where areas of potential savings are identified, UK Water Services pursue the
matter with the water company concerned to resolve the issues of the incorrect
charging, and where appropriate, recover monies overpaid in the previous
years.
