AIG asks for more money so executives can visit the spa more often

(October 9, 2008)There is talk this morning of the Treasury injecting capital into banks through TARP. AIG hits up the Treasury for more money. S&P 500 and NASDAQ are higher with Europe and Asia higher except for Japan. Crude is lower at $88.95 and natural gas is lower at $6.65. Gold is above $900 at $906.50. The Yen is at 100.59 from 99.54 with the pound at .58 from .57 with the Euro at .73. Russian stocks higher by 17%. Iceland suspends trading. ~more~
