Carr & Associates, Inc. is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm
serving clients seeking a
balance of safety, income and growth. Since its founding in 1989, Carr & Associates has specialized in the management of individual portfolios of high grade
convertible securities. We also offer customized management of fixed
income portfolios.
Because convertibles are part fixed income and part equity their
performance can participate in the gains of both the stock and bond market
while, typically, avoiding most of the declines in either.
Admittedly, our performance lags that of the stock and bond markets when
they are booming, but when either market falters or has only modest gains,
the clients of Carr & Associates can realize superior results.
