Saltwater Training is an accredited commercial training company for Surf Life Saving GB. We are based at Harlyn Bay, near Padstow, on the North Cornish coast and specialise in providing NARS Beach Lifeguard and Surf Instructor qualifications as well as "Surf Safety and Beach Education Programmes" for schools and youth groups. As one of the first companies to offer these qualifications we have watched their popularity grow. There are now several companies offering what can appear to be very similar programmes and the daunting task of choosing a provider requires lengthy research. With our wealth of experience (we have trained more people than any other company) we're confident that we provide the best courses on the market. Whilst being the largest provider of these courses we are also a family-run company passionate about surf instructing and lifeguarding and we believe we know how to deliver the best learning experience, even limiting our course numbers so that our groups remain close-knit and personal. Several of our previous clients are now working as surf school instructors in the UK and overseas or working as professional beach lifeguards for the RNLI.
