CHEMICAL PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES  The company manufactures specialty and fine chemicals designed for an array of industries. Suntton has a proud track record in multi-step reactions and a highly praised expertise in process development, scale up and optimization. Pilot production and Kilo-lab – Suntton multi-purpose pilot facility, with kilo lab and multi-kilo plants, is used for product development, process development and small volume productions. It allows the manufacture of 0.5 to 200 kg lots via multi-step synthesis and a variety of purification processes. Multi-ton Chemical Manufacturing facility – The company uses semi dedicated units running Chorination, Fluoridation, Bromination, Nitration and Hydrogenation processes for  the production of benzotrifluoride compounds and derivatives or to make raw materials for downstream processes. The fine chemicals are produced in a multipurpose plant. A typical batch of finished liquid or solid products varies in volume between 100 and 1000 kg. Because of the wide range of reactions which could be carried out in this plant, the selection of products offered is broad in terms of chemical functionality and potential use. The product list contains simple chemicals such as hydroxylamine-o-sulfonic acid or more complex molecules like benzyl carbazate, 2,3:4,6-di-o-isopropylidene-2-keto-l-gulonic acid monohydrate or even coumarines. Introduction of amino groups, generation of hydrazine moiety or asymmetric synthesis are some examples of application for these products. SERVICES  Laboratory – Suntton Laboratory is jointly owned with Shanghai Pioneer Equity Management Company. The laboratory personnel has years of experience in offering CRO services such as drug formulation and clinical trial management. Its legal team has a broad knowledge of SFDA regulations and documents preparation. Another main task of Suntton Laboratory is to conduct scientific evaluations for Shanghai Innovation Venture Capital Fund's projects.
