HFS
controller accepts three thermistor and two digital inputs and provides
a PWM output to control the proportional valve of the fan drive.
The
HFS-2 adds the reverse
fan (purge) feature to the HFS. The
new
HFS-J has the
added features of reverse fan (purge) and J1939 CANbus communication.

The
electronic controllers offered below gives the user the ability to tailor the
application to their customers requirements and without specialized training
while offering the industries most robust packaging. These units are
designated as "Application Specific" which means they offer a cost
effective, flexible but focused dedicated solutions to a common issue, set-up,
operation and getting your application from the drawing board to your customer
in record time.
Hydraulic
Fan System Controllers such as the
HFS controls a
hydraulically driven fan system. The HFS controller accepts three
thermistor and two digital inputs and provides a PWM output to control
the proportional valve of the fan drive. The
HFS-2 adds the
reverse or purge feature to the HFS. And the
new
HFS-J has
the added feature of J1939 CANbus communication. For applications
requiring full programmability, (2) dual coil PWM outputs and J1939
communication, please see our new
HFS-J2
programmable controller.
Hydraulic Generator Controller (HGC)
is used to regulate the frequency output of an AC generator. By
monitoring the output signal of a generator, the controller will drive a
proportional valve’s solenoid to reach and maintain the set-point
frequency.

(PLD) - The universal single or dual coil PWM driver to stock
for your open loop amplifier, electronic HP limiter and closed loop
speed control applications.

The
HAU
series valve driver provides precise control of a single coil
proportional valve and enables the user to add ramping and/or dither to
minimize stiction and hysteresis of the valve. The
HAD series
valve driver is the same as the HAU, but drives a dual coil proportional
valve. The
LCU,

tailored for use on low current EDC valves such as Sauer-Danfoss™ 90
series.

The DVC module family is user programmable with combinations of modules
able to support a wide range of hydraulic control applications. The
DVC5,
DVC7 and
DVC10 are the
master controllers and their flexible hardware and software allow them
to run many hydraulic control applications as a single module.
The DVC5/7/10 and all DVC expansion modules are packaged in small rugged
enclosures. All connectors are sealed and each module is encapsulated to
withstand extreme conditions in harsh operating environments. The
hardened enclosures allow you to locate the DVC modules near the
sensors, valves, etc. they will control. This can greatly minimize the
amount of cabling in your system and significantly lower
